Any claims must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 7 days after package delivered. Please inform customer service via e-mail (support@24buying.com) or call us at 909-393-8928.
To Return an Item
We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified more than 7 days of receipt of your order. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged (if applicable) items for inspection by the carrier.
We DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
- Any product that is returned more than 14 days after received.
- Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Refund
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.
We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. And if the order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund.
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. There will be a charged to your account.

Exchange
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Although we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply follow our Return Procedures.
We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge.
Only in case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
We recommend that you visit your local department store, find products you enjoy, and then visit our website to purchase them at discount of the retail price.

Package Lost / Stolen/ Damaged
24Buying.com's Limited Liability - We provide optional USPS shipping insurance at checkout; buyers responsibility for lost/damaged after packages leaving our warehouse; 24Buying.com does not hold any responsibility for any lost of shipment due to shipping carriers mistakes, wrongdoings or package lost/stolen/ Damaged if no insurance purchased at check out.
